I was just watching the movie "He's just not that into you" and I'd have to say I quite liked the movie. Definitely the star studded cast helped but the conversations that happened in the movie seemed pretty realistic and not the usual "and they lived happily ever after" kind.
At one point Gigi(Ginnifer Goodwin) yells at Alex(Justin Long) about how she's glad that she's naive rather than be cynical about love like him. And this got me thinking. Is it really better to be naive than cynical?
Wouldn't you be subjecting yourself to more heartache and humiliation if you were naive? Or would it better to be cynical and risk the fact that you may never find true love?
What do you think?
