instant.

Everything in life boils down to the choices you make.

As cliched as it may sound, there is no better way to put it.

While we try to make the good or right choice all the time, there will be times when you make the wrong one. I wonder though, how many of us unknowingly made it? Cause I know for me, there are instances where I know for a fact that the decision I'm going to make is not quite the right one.

But I make it anyway.

Why?

Just so I can know what it was like. I mean, if I made the right choices all the time, life would be pretty boring I think. And it's these mistakes that make a story worth telling ;).

Though I'm careful to avoid any wrong decisions that could forever screw up my life.

could.

Life is sort of back to normal now I suppose.

Though really. What is normal?

Is it the 3 months of being bored out of my mind. Doing nothing but going to uni. Coming home and wasting time.

Or.

The last 3 months of being out almost every night. Till 4 in the morning.

Hmmm. We'll see just how much has changed.

hand.

February 14.

Valentine's Day.

Single Awareness Day.

I used to think it was overrated and that couples were just wasting their time paying extra for food and chocolate and flowers.

But now I think it's a nice way for couples to do make an extra effort to inject some romance back into their lives. Not that the other 365 days of the year should be devoid of romantic gestures. Just that with the world moving at such a fast pace, it's difficult to do all the lovey-dovey things often. Like buying presents for each other. Having a candlelight dinner. Just spending time with each other.

shift.

Chinese New Year is spent the same way every year.

In Ipoh.

Eating.

When I was younger, I loved going to Ipoh. Cause my grandparents would always take me out to the bookshop and then for ice-cream. What better combination could there be right?

But now it's the other way round. In KL I get to go out a lot. Ipoh is mostly family time. I suppose I could go out but I'm kinda lazy to answer any questions that might pop up. And the weather there is soooooo hot. All I wanna do is sit under the fan/air-cond and read my book.

And so marks the end of my holiday.

Starting uni tomorrow =(.
