doe.

Sure the series might actually have ended 4 years ago but since there were still the movies it didn't really hit me that it all comes to an end.

By far the best of all the movies, Deathly Hallows Part 2 did not disappoint at all. Maybe it's cause it's the last movie so there are a lot more emotions involved that the few missing parts don't really matter.

I am one who gets very engrossed in a fictional world. So can you imagine how attached I am to the Harry Potter series?

7 books. 8 movies. A million fanfiction stories and fanvids. Couple of RPG sites.

Such a big part of my life. My little retreat out of reality.

There's still pottermore and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to look forward to! A small consolation.

wizard.

Kinda lazy to blog now a days. Not sure why. I think cause it actually requires brain power to sit down and type stuff out that will actually make sense to people and not just me. Haha.

Slight update on my Aussie trip. More for memory's sake so that when I grow old I'd be able to read through this blog and remember all the things I got up to.

11 days in Australia was BEYOND tiring. As in I don't think I've ever been so sleep deprived.

Melbourne was only a few of us so it wasn't so bad. We still went to bed at a decent-ish hour (anything before 3 is decent when you put a bunch of friends together) and woke up before noon. Yays! Didn't really do much in Melbourne city as had two mini 'roadtrips' driving off to Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula. It was definitely the more relaxed part of the trip.

Did manage to catch sight of two penguins fighting at St. Kilda's. Soooo cute. One was chasing the other the whole time and it was a 'catfight' but penguin style. Totally looked like a lover's quarrel.

Then came Sydney. Here our group doubled in size. Basically there were like 11 of us walking around together. Everything we did took more time than expected. Even crossing the street we'd have to wait a while cause the light would turn red and half our group would still be on the other side of the road. Dad said we were like a walking Chinatown.

Two days in a row we woke up before the sunrise. Crazy no? Once was to go to the fish market where I had fresh sashimi, oysters and lobsters for a really decent price. It was yummyyyyy. The other was to go up to Blue Mountains. I swear everyone was just running on caffeine those days.

All in all it was a really good trip =). It's been a while since the bunch of us have hung out together.

But I don't think I'd be up for another one so soon. Those 11 days really drained me.
