Hmm, you know how sometimes there are words which you don't know the exact meaning to but seem to know when to use it?

Well, the perfect example of that is the phrase 'sam pat' or '38' of you prefer.

It's like no one knows the definition for it. I even asked my parents but they don't know either.

1. De kong mei shi zhuo. Haha, in other words nothing better to do.
2. Kepoh. Or rather, nosy.
3. Must always have the last word.
4. No shame.
