Something I really hate is when parents ask you to do something for them and then when you don't want to it they use the "But we do so much more for you" argument.

Like how can that be a valid point????

I didn't ask to be born. It's your freaking choice to have a baby. So everything they do for the kid is an obligation. Not a reward. Not something they can use to barter with. If you want someone to do things for you without complaining, hire a maid or something. Don't have a kid who will then have to go through years and years of stress and pain.

Honestly I think most people are sadistic. They're just in denial.
